iPhoneアプリ公開手続（W-8BEN)について

最近になってiTunes Connectのシステムが変わったらしく、 有料アプリケーションを公開するために必要とされていた免税書類W-8BENの手続きが簡素化されたようです。それにより、これまでの手続きを説明していたページの多くが参考とならなくなっています。

以前は、Contracts, Tax, & Banking Information のページの記入を終えるとW-8BENのPDFが添付されたメールがAppleから届き、それに自筆署名した上で郵送又はFAXもしくはEメールで送付する、という手続きだったようです。現在では、Contact Info, Bank Infoを適切に記入すると、Tax Infoにおいて、W-8BENに相当するであろう証明書が表示され、それにweb上で署名することにより完了します。

I declare that I am either the beneficial owner or that I am authorized to make this declaration on behalf of the beneficial owner.

Title欄に何を書けばよいのかわからなかったため、しつこくIndividualと入力しています。
EINの取得は以前から不要という話が有力でしたが、いざContracts, Tax, & Banking Informationを記入したら番号を入力する余地もなく拍子抜けです。
